For years I lived the problem: persistent digestive issues, bloating, constipation, brain fog. It derailed my training and made it hard to show up as myself in the rest of my life.

Two injuries kept compounding things — a meniscus tear that killed any chance of flowing through a cardio session, and an AC joint tear that made upper body work a constant negotiation.

I tried everything. Endless gut tests, doctor visits, nutritionist consults, half a dozen apps but no real answers.

Then three things changed: Greg at Become Empowered taught me progressive overload and why tracking actually matters. Dr. Luigi Vilchis helped me clear out layers of parasitic, dysbiotic, and fungal stuff in my gut. And I started using AI to find correlations across domains — physical stress, mental stress, nutrition, and how all of it hit my gut and recovery.

That last part was the breakthrough. But it also broke my brain. Too many levers — sleep, training volume/intensity, fiber, hydration, protein levels, work stress, FODMAPs, intestinal imbalances, meal timing, recovery days, deload weeks — and no way to keep it all in my head.

What I needed didn't exist. Something I could talk to, share my medical history with, log my daily habits in — and have it remind me of patterns I'd already learned but kept forgetting, plus surface new ones I hadn't seen yet.

So I built it. It's called Xaki. The AI coach is Kai.

Is my health data safe?

Do I have to log everything perfectly?
No. Start with one thing — meals, exercise, or bathroom trips — and add more over time. Kai gets sharper the more you log, but it doesn't need perfection to be useful.
What if I already use other apps?
Kai doesn't replace them — it connects the dots between them. Import data from Apple Health, Garmin, and more integrations are coming soon.
Does it cost anything?
Core tracking, personalized recommendations and even conversations with Kai are all free. Longer conversations with Kai that knows your complete history will eventually be available via subscription.

How is this different from Cara / mySymptoms / food diary apps?
Those apps primarily track meals and symptoms. Kai tracks your exercise, nutrition, bathroom trips, sleep, and stress — at the same time — and finds the patterns across all of them. Your gut doesn't flare from one thing. Kai sees the full picture.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all of your data at any time from your account settings. Your data is yours.
What data can I import?
You can import your historical data so Kai has context from day one. Supported imports include:
